Street food champions from 16 very different European countries – selected by judging panels of exciting young chefs, food critics and influencers across the summer – will present their two KILLER dishes in a variety of categories at the finals of the 2024 European Street Food Awards. Ladies and gentlemen, we present the best street food menu ever.

BEST MAIN DISH
BULI Foodtruck
Pork neck and cabbage – Honey-soy glazed and charcoal grilled Finnish pork neck, Napa cabbage coleslaw with a hint of chili and spring onion, pickled daikon and salted nuts.
KUKU
Gheyme Bademjoon – Iranian tomato sauce based stew with aubergine, beef and yellow split peas served with saffron rice and yoghurt-cucumber-mint dressing.
Matologi
Indonesian semur brisket sando served with potato wedges and peanut sauce.
Smokey Street Food
Smokey platter featuring 12-hour slow-smoked brisket, tender BBQ pulled pork, and rich brisket gravy. Paired with coleslaw and freshly baked local bread.

Ochsenbacke meets Sardinia – Braised ox cheek on fregola sarda with sun-dried tomatoes, lemon, olives, parmesan, paprika espuma and fried rocket

Spiedo Bresciano – A traditional dish from Brescia in Italy that involves the slow roasting of various cuts of meat over a wood-fired spit and basted with rich mountain butter. Served with croutons and homemade sauces.

Meaet Daddy
Birria tacos – Pulled organic beef, boiled in a cranberry marinade with a hint of jalapeño, red wine, lime, orange and cinnamon. Gouda cheese, fresh red onions and soft corn tortillas, served with beef-cranberry broth and soft quince in sweet marinade.
Adobo
The All In – With tender meats, crunchy vegetables and a selection of authentic Filipino spices, this dish is the sweet, salty, sour and spicy of Filipino food coming together in perfect harmony.

Nissa platter – Juicy Senegalese-style chicken wings with plantains, fresh salad, curry mango sauce and homemade herb sauce

Bao Bun Latvia
Coconut Shrimp Bao Bun – Crispy coconut shrimp nestled in a soft handmade bao bun, topped with a sweet mango and peanut chutney. A zesty mix of pickled vegetables and cool cucumber slices add a delightful crunch. Finished with coconut shavings, a hint of chili, and fresh pea sprouts.

The Arepa – Venezuelan bun made out of corn flour, this is the Venezuelan daily bread. Filled with cheese PLUS black beans avocado and plantain

Cheeseburger Sandwich – A traditional patty melt with a Bulgarian twist – red cabbage marinated in rose water. Served with freaky fries on the side, flavoured by our homemade spice mix.

Duck sando – Grilled Peking duck, caramelized with teriyaki sauce, served with home made kimchi, marinated red cabbage, iceberg salad, chilimajones and topped with arare (grilled rice).
Focaccia di Choni
Focaccia slathered with homemade cream cheese, roasted herbs and truffle, mortadella, pistachios, stracciatella, roasted cherry tomatoes and arugula, with extra virgin olive oil
Serenada Food Truck
Meat Zapiekanka Necówka – Serenada Królewiecki cheese with Necówka (a Polish pork tenderloin from southern Poland wrapped in meatloaf and a pig’s caul and then baked) covered in sautéed mushrooms, pickled cucumber, dill and a homemade cranberry-horseradish sauce.
Papa Piada
Our own piadina with grilled homemade porchetta, fresh cheese, lemon and mint pickled fennel, homemade mayonnaise with garlic, fried portobello mushrooms and arugula.
Smokey Street Food
BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich – featuring pork butt smoked low and slow to perfection. Balanced with tangy BBQ sauce, all served on a soft local bread with coleslaw.

Goku – Beef chuck, first smoked and then slowly cooked on a cherry wood spit until tender. Stuffed into fresh, handcrafted bread with tangy pickled cucumbers, sweet caramelized Tropea onions (IGP), aged Bré cheese, and finished with a delicate organic cherry sauce.

Chanterelle Zapiekanka – Serenada Radamer cheese, sautéed chanterelles , homemade cheese sauce with aged Bursztyn cheese, marigold petals and chives.
