Hooray Norway!

Well done to Street Food Norway for organising the 2024 Norwegian Street Food Awards this weekend – and finding TWO champions to send to the finals of the European Street Food Awards in Germany on October 4-6.

The finals took place in Bodo, located just North of the Arctic Circle. It’s one of the European Capitals of Culture for 2024, and the second largest town in Norway. But the Norwegian winners? Say Cheese Norway and Bao Buns.

The only question left to ask (apart from which two dishes will the Norwegians enter for judging) is who will travel the furthest to compete at the 2024 European Street Food Awards grand final in Saarbrucken on October 4-6? Norway? Or Iceland? Or maybe the Finns will take a wrong turn again…
