Romania Goes To The Polls

? The giants of Romanian street food impressed the HECK out of the festival goers at CODRU all weekend – but how about our AMAZING jurors? ? The esteemed lineup included Andrei Voinea, The Eventosophist, Cosmin Dragomir, Marco Favino, Chef Liviu Lambrino, Oana Coantă and Laura Laurențiu – but who would they choose for the title? The pasta, the juicy burger, the Indian butter chicken, the Asian seafood, the vegan bowl or, maybe, the homemade ice cream?

In the end it was close. But going to the next stage – the 2023 European Street Food Awards grand final in Germany – was… ??????

– and winning the public vote was LO’Burgers from Timișoara (People’s Choice)
